Bad girls or good girls, we’re all getting high
I watch her walk out of the classroom and realize I haven’t thought about her in a while.
I always thought of her as the good girl, because that’s who she was. A cute round nose, short, curvy but not curvaceous. She was a quiet girl and she always seemed to make sure she wouldn’t stand out too far in a crowd. She was friends with everyone, and she was kind.
But now? I see things have changed. She dyes her hair in that trashy way that is completely an unnatural color and screams fix me! from a mile away. Ever since she ran into problems, she started smashing into more, and she didn’t do a thing to change it.
She used to fight her disability in pursuit of good grades, and now she broadcasts that she’s smoking a hookah.
I understand she’s a teenager and teenagers smoke up. However, she once exuded a classiness that made me smile. Now, she’s throwing that out the window.
Will she go anywhere?
